NMC Donates Roofing Crews to Rising Hope for the Freedom Ranch Center

NMC donated the crew labor to install a new roof at Rising Hope's "Freedom Ranch". Together we can stop human trafficking and bring healing to victims.

NMC is proud to support the construction of the very FIRST "Freedom Ranch" in the US by donating roofing crews. This safe haven is located in Northern Minnesota and the program will rescue teens and pre-teens (mostly girls) from enslaved abuse and begin a healthful recovery using the assistance of trained counselors, learning-care professionals and equine therapy. Please read the story about the co-founders and their dedication to launching this important endeavor.

As of November 2019, the Freedom Ranch's construction is still underway with the exterior envelope nearing completion. The windows are installed, the staff roster is ready, and trained assistance horses are standing by for equine therapy, but more donations are needed to finish this crucial recovery house. Coordinators predict reaching Freedom Ranch's boarding capacity quickly, due to the shortage of SAFE homes in Minnesota. View the Freedom Ranch Construction Progress PDF.
