Production Field Supervisor

Our team is seeking to hire two Production Field Supervisors to join our team and supervise and coordinate on-site remodeling and renovation projects. Our team is expanding and growing daily, and we are looking to add additional experienced Field Supervisors to our rapidly growing team! The qualified candidate for this role will oversee the construction of remodeling projects through supervision of labor, materials, and subcontractors and ensure client satisfaction throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Working directly with Production Managers and Project Managers on jobs
- Field measurements for siding, windows, and roofing jobs as needed
- Daily job site cleanups
- Material delivery and returns
- Pulling necessary permits
- Closing out permits-completion photos pertaining to punch list items
- Punch list repairs and small warranty work
- Oversee on-site subcontractors
- Communicate with clients as needed when on-site
- Quality Control Inspections
- Must be comfortable climbing roofs of all pitches daily to complete inspections
- Other duties as assigned by team
Education Requirements
- Construction: 2 years
- High School diploma
Experience Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify and address problems
- Excellent computer skills
- Good driving record
- Comfortable pulling and backing dump trailers up
Desired Skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 100 lbs
- Must pass a background check
- Reliable transportation to and from the office
- Punctual
- STRONG Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Desire to learn and ability to listen to superior
