Homeowners in Brooklyn Park, MN suffered damage to their roof, siding, windows, gutters, soffits, and fascia, after the June 11th , 2017 hail storm. After meeting with their Insurance Adjuster, the Adjuster told the homeowners that he could not see enough damage to justify insurance coverage for 3 windows, in addition to gutters and overhead garage doors that the homeowners were requesting to have replaced. They felt that a second opinion was needed, and contacted NMC Exteriors to schedule an inspection with one of our Project Managers.
After speaking to the homeowners, an inspection was promptly scheduled with NMC Exteriors Project Manager Jon. Jon was able to shine a special contractor flashlight on the windows to detect multiple hail damaged spots. Jon then scheduled a time with the Insurance Adjuster to meet back out at the house and walk the damaged areas together. After pointing out areas that were missed on the original inspection, the Insurance Adjuster agreed that there was enough damage on the windows, as well as to the siding, roof, garage overhead doors, and gutters, to warrant full coverage to the exterior of their home. Jon also worked closely with the homeowners during the product and color selection process. The homeowners were very thankful that they elected to get a second opinion, and impressed with Jon's knowledge and assistance in walking through the entire process with them.
