Homeowners in Cokato, MN contacted NMC Exteriors for a roof inspection on their hail damaged home. When Project Manager Jon met with them to conduct the inspection, he pointed out a very visible dip in the roof. At the time of the tear-off of the existing roof, a large whole was discovered due to a broken rafter. The previous roofers, covered the hole with shingles, rather than repairing it before installing the shingles!!
NMC Project Manager Jon made sure that this hole would be repaired correctly before installing the new shingles. The Roofing Crew, installed a new rafter in order to raise the roof up to the correct height, and then installed Owens Corning Duration Shingles, in the beautiful color selection of "Driftwood". The homeowners are very happy with their new roof, and grateful that NMC caught the hole and repaired and installed their new roof!
