NMC Exteriors installed beautiful insurance-approved commercial roof and siding replacements, to the large multi-family Majestic Oaks townhome association in Andover, MN. The association suffered significant damage to the roofing and siding of 32 units due to a large hailstorm that swept through Andover and surrounding cities in August of 2019. NMC Crews replaced the damaged siding with EDCO Steel Timbergrain siding in color selections of Claytone and Driftwood Gray. The damaged roofs were replaced with industry-leading Owens Corning asphalt shingles in the color selection of Driftwood. The Residents of Majestic Oaks Town Homes in Andover can rest assured that due to the completed roof replacements by NMC Exteriors licensed and professional installers, their homes, and personal property are well protected from the elements for years to come!
