Roof Replacement
We had an amazing experience working with Trevor and the rest of the NMC Team. Right from the beginning Trevor was very helpful doing a free roof inspection Then helping us file a claim with our insurance company. The work was completed quickly and the clean up afterwards was impressive. We love our new roof! The whole team from project managers and site supervisors are very helpful and communicate great. I would highly recommend NMC Exteriors as the whole process from start to finish was outstanding.

From the initial walkthrough all the way to completion, NMC and their employees were spot on! Excellent communication, professional & honest estimates and information regarding my particular needs, on time, efficient and excellent completed work! Honestly, there is no need to shop around as long as NMC is in business. Mike Mark worked hard to give me estimates and advice for my soffits, fascias, and gutters. I couldn't be happier with how it all turned out! I saw how much work its was (on two 95 degree days) and the mess it made. However, when I got home that night it was completely cleaned up! That is as important to me as is the quality of workmanship. I 100% recommend NMC for anyone looking for a high quality company that will come through at every turn of the project! Diligent Workers
From the day I met with a representative from NMC they were professional and courteous, and provided realistic expectations for my hail damage on my roof. When it came time for my insurance agent to evaluate my roof, Trevor walked him through the damage and spent the rest of the afternoon driving around town to provide additional evidence of the need to insure my roof would be covered. Before the roof work started, Trevor communicated with my insurance agent several more times to obtain additional items that needed replacement, and again all was covered. At the end of the work, I had new shingles, venting and hardware, gutter guards, and soffits newly wrapped in aluminum. The finished work looked great, was completely quickly, and beyond what they promised with the soffit wrap. I strongly recommend Trevor and the guys at NMC to take care of your storm damage or building projects.
NMC saved the day for me. Great Organization!
We had some storm damage in 2017. After nearly two years going back and forth with our insurance and a lot of confusion on what needed to be done- we were notified that the damage put in through a claim to our siding needed to be completed by June 11th of 2019. This was in April. I reached out through our “Nextdoor” app to see if anyone could make a recommendation. Trevor Cohen from NMC contacted me saying he would love to take a look at our situation noting that NMC are experts working with insurance companies. Trevor came over with a colleague to assess the situation. After looking over my insurance claim and the siding on our house, Trevor said they would get going on it and committed to being able to have everything completed by the June 11th deadline (now less than 6 weeks away). NMC came through with everything they committed to and more. They worked directly with our insurance company and our mortgage company and had everything completed by June 5th. Thanks to Trevor and the whole team at NMC that worked on our project to get it completed! They are truly an efficient, professional operation that provide excellent contracting service, troubleshooting and follow up.
Awesome Service
I can’t say enough great things about this company. Our house received hail damage in the June 2017 storm, which is how we heard about them and they replaced our roof in the spring of 2018. They were great then, but today they really earned my loyalty. We are in the process of selling our house and the inspector found a few items that needed to be addressed. I called Jon this morning at 8:30 a.m. and he was at my house by 9:30 a.m. He assessed the items on my list and said he was going to run to Home Depot and he’d be back. By 10:30 a.m., everything on my list (including one he didn’t know if he could fix) were completely taken care of and for a very reasonable fee. There was no rescheduling or waiting. Jon made this entire process very painless. What should have taken days, he had the time and was able to do within a few hours…and provide me with the paperwork I needed to satisfy the inspector. I would definitely recommend Jon and his team at NMC Exteriors!!!
Why NMC?
After being plummeted with hail that was still on the ground some eight hours later in 75 degree weather we felt it was a done deal and the insurance company would surely pay for our roof and our siding. It was sadly not that easy. After the first appraisal we were denied, the second appraisal was denied, and yes the third appraisal was denied. Then Jeff S. from NMC got madder and started a good fight on our behalf. He pounced like a panther on the insurance company. I can only tear up every time I remember when we rec'd the call that yes the insurance company was on the hook for the entire sum. Roof and siding. If it hadn't been for NMC we wouldn't have the great and truly beautiful exterior we have today. I will say it was the most brutal experience of our lives till payment came. I want to thank NMC Exteriors, Jeff (sales) and Tom (install manager) who provided us with two incredibly skilled teams that did the roof and siding to perfection. These teams did everything to our home as if it belonged to them. We are forever grateful to all from NMC Exteriors for being such incredible warriors to put our house back together we will never be able to say thanks enough. I will hold the team in my in a place of honor in my heart for all they have done. Thanks all to the front office to the last man picking up our yard. Best in Class
I've done a lot of work on my house in the past 2 years, using many contractors along the way, from siding/roofing/interior/etc. After all my work and money spent, I still had an ice damming issue and struggled to find someone with the knowledge and know how of how to address and fix. Jeff and his team have been a treat to work with. The NMC team is knowledgeable, responsive, and true experts. I am blown away with NMC's customer service, expertise, and candidness. Customer service and scheduling
I had an add up on Facebook looking for someone insured and licensed to help fix our leaking roof. Jack contacted me very shortly after I had the ad up and was extremely friendly in helping out with our problem. He was able to find someone come out right away the next morning. I want to add that I had the ad up at about 7pm and he was able to find someone for the very next morning. I loved how fast, efficient, professional and friendly everyone that I worked with was. We will definitely be using nmcexteriors for our future projects.
Leaking vent
We had a leak in our roof through a vent. Jon came out right away in the morning and took a look for us. Turns out the vent needed some caulking and he took care of it right away. He also double checked to make sure the rest of the roof looked good. These guys are really fast, friendly and professional. We will definitely be using them for our future projects.
A beautiful new home
Last fall, our roof had storm damage and needed to be replaced, we contacted NMC ,they jumped right in for us. They took care of the insurance process ( even our agent was impressed with Jeff) and got the roof done in good time. It looked great! Our siding was very brittle so we spoke to Jeff about that project on our home also. We were given a quote in the fall and they were very flexible on when we had the siding project started. We had the siding done and it looks truly amazing, between the roof and the siding we feel like we have a brand new home. ( We have been here 30 years) Luke helped us with the siding project. Jeff , Luke and Alfredo answered our millions of questions, even though they were crazy busy, we felt like the most important people. The gals in the office are so friendly! We love our new look and even the nieghbors have complimented us on it. Thank you very much!
