Commercial Roof Repair Project, 127-year old Steeple in North Branch, MN

Living Branch Lutheran Church is the oldest building in North Branch at 127 years old! NMC repaired the steeple using metal plating and Timberline Pewter Gray shingles to match the existing roof color. Some missing ridge cap on the southwest area of the bell tower was also corrected. A woodpecker pecked through the steeple’s shingle, tar paper and wood. No harm done as the bird was carefully relocated. NMC worked safely 85 feet up in the air, in the crane’s cage. Safety cones and caution tape were properly set up on-site during the crew’s early morning work time. Nice job everyone!
